Jo-Ann Emilene A. de Belen is the Managing Director for DAP sa Mindanao which is focused on improving governance and leadership and fostering peace across Mindanao. A graduate of the University of the Philippines with degrees in Master in Management (Development Management) and BS Psychology, she has developed her expertise in community-based disaster risk reduction, disaster response program evaluations, organizational capacity assessment, community development. She is most passionate about empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to serve the most vulnerable sectors, especially in Mindanao.

Sylvia Concepcion
Senior Fellow (Food, Supply Chain & agribusiness)
Sylvia B. Concepcion, PhD, gained more than two decades of experience in research specifically in the fields of agribusiness supply chains, market and consumer research, and small-holder farming studies. She has led and conducted various researches mostly on the relational aspects of these areas. These researches were funded by international funding agencies like the Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research (ACIAR) and the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED). Over 60 of her research works were published and cited as least 300 times in many international and local journals. Aside from her research expertise, Dr. Concepcion has also 40 years of teaching experience in the University of the Philippines, in the campuses of Cebu, Diliman and Mindanao. She is now focused on the commercialization of patentable technologies developed in UP Mindanao.

He co-founded Data Ethics PH, a community of data practitioners looking at social issues related to data such as data privacy, data security, AI discrimination and liabilities, digital ownership rights, and data poverty.
